Who we are
Company Brain is built by Likwid Techserve Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Likwid.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist:
- your email address and phone number, with its country code;
- how you found us — the link or ad that brought you here, and the website you came from, if any.
When you answer our questionnaire, we also keep your answers.
To stop spam and abuse we record your browser type and a one-way, scrambled version of your IP address. We never store the address itself, and the scrambled version cannot be turned back into it.
Why we use it
- To contact you about Company Brain — early access, a conversation with the founders, and launch.
- To learn which problems matter most, so we build those first.
- To understand which channels bring people to us.
We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not send marketing from anyone else.
Who else sees it
We do not sell or rent your details. They are stored with Google Cloud, in its Mumbai region, and pass through Cloudflare's network on the way. Both handle data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 24 months from the last time you shared them with us. After that, we delete all of it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and withdraw your consent at any time.
To do any of these, or to raise a complaint, write to our grievance officer, Sidharth Sharma (Director), at admin@likwid.co.in, or by post to the address above. We will reply within five working days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
